Requesting an Exchange or Return

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

General Conditions

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all original tags attached and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

Only products purchased through our online store are eligible for exchange or return.

Outlet and archive sale items cannot be returned for a refund. It is only possible to request a size exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or return the item in exchange for a store credit.

EXCHANGES

NATIONAL ORDERS

Click here to access our exchanges and returns portal. You will need to enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. During the process, you will be able to choose the method for sending the item back to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

If you require a different size or product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

RETURNS

International Orders

If you wish to return an order placed outside Spain, you must send the item directly to the following address:

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges and Returns During Promotional Periods

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

If an exchange request is made after the promotional period has ended, items may only be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) or returned in exchange for a store credit for the amount paid.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, this must be processed as a return. In these cases, no monetary refund will be issued, and a store credit for the amount paid will be provided, valid for a future purchase.

New purchases will be made at the price applicable at the time of purchase.

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you require a different size or product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Defective Items

If you notice any issue or defect with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@birinitpetit.com.

Birinit will cover the shipping costs associated with returns due to manufacturing defects.
