Maximum period to request an exchange or return

You have a period of 15 calendar days from your purchase to request an exchange or return.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Click here to access our exchange and returns portal, where you will have to enter your order number and the email address you used when making the purchase. During the process, you will be able to choose the method to send us your product. If you have any questions, contact [email protected]

Return conditions

It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in the online store. In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and retain the original packaging. Conditions may change during sales periods, Black Friday.

Exchange and return costs

Both exchanges and returns have a cost. Exchanges cost €7.50 with collection at your home and returns cost €10, which will be deducted once we receive the item back when making the return. You can also return the item by taking it to one of the Post Offices or sending it directly to the following address:

EXCHANGE AND RETURN METHODS

Returns

For returns there are three options that you will find when you start the request on the portal.

  • Organize a home collection: we will send you the steps you must follow by mail.
  • Send it on your own to the address: BIRINIT PETIT. Calle Felipe Sanclemente, nº25. Plaza de los Sitios. CP:50001 Zaragoza (Zaragoza).
  • Take it to the Post Office that is closest to you. You can see the list on our returns portal when you choose that option.

Exchanges

For exchanges, when you start the request on the portal we will send you the steps you must follow by mail and the courier who carries the new item will collect the item you are exchanging from the initial order. The cost of exchanging the item will be €7.5 and we will explain how to make the payment via email.

Orders outside of Spain

Due to logistical and stocking issues, it is impossible for us to make size changes on international orders. If a user is not satisfied with their purchase, they will have to return the item to the following address:

The refund will be made within 5 days of receiving the order. If you would like another size, you will have to place a new order.

Exchanges and returns during promotional periods

Exchanges for purchases made during the sales period or special promotions that take place after the end of said promotional period will be accepted, maintaining said reduced amount solely and exclusively for a question of color or size.

If the exchange is not for the same item, a voucher will be given for the amount of the purchase. If you purchase a new item, the price will be the one prior to the promotional period.

Likewise, during the sales period or special promotions, payments with refund tickets are not accepted.

Defective garments

If you notice any defect at the time of delivery, contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. http://birinit.com/ assumes the shipping costs incurred by the return due to manufacturing defects of the product.
