A walk with Miyu
Pipi arrived in Tokyo with the curiosity of someone visiting a city for the first time. She had been there many times before, but this time she wasn't there for work: she wanted to explore it and get to know it from a different perspective.
She strolled among the neon lights of Shibuya, the bicycles that crossed silently, and the aroma of tea coming from those tiny cafes. In one of them, while having breakfast, he met Miyu and her mother who, after a long conversation, invited him to take a walk around Tokyo.
Together they explored the city: the peaceful gardens of Ueno, the endless intersection of Shibuya, and the alleys of Yanaka with their wooden houses, where Miyu's laughter echoed especially loudly.
They decided to take a break and warm up by trying what Miyu's mother claimed was the best ramen in town. Miyu told them a thousand and one stories about her school and friends, while Pipi watched her through his camera, capturing those gestures that fascinated him so much.
The day ended in Harajuku, as the light began to turn golden over the buildings. Pipi raised her camera once more, trying to capture in a photo the exact feeling of that moment: the mixture of tenderness, curiosity, and simple beauty that, for a moment, seemed to sum up all of Tokyo.
