Where can I receive my order?
We ship worldwide, so you will receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know that when you shop online you want your order to arrive at home, so we process the order once we have received payment. From that moment on, the estimated delivery time will be:
- Product in stock: 2 working days (within the Peninsula)
- Product out of stock: Please consult
- Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and abroad: Check delivery times depending on the destination
- Europe: 3-6 working days, depending on the country.
- Other continents: 4-5 working days, depending on customs.
What are the shipping costs?
- Orders over €80.00 (Peninsula): Free shipping.
- Orders over €200.00 (rest of the world): Free shipping.
- Spain (Peninsula): €5,00
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €20,00
- Portugal: €8,00
- United Kingdom and Ireland: €30,00
- Rest of Europe: €25,00
- Rest of the World: €50,00
What is the delivery process?
Once payment has been received and the order has been processed, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation. And then all you have to do is wait for it to arrive.
